The starting prices cover a deliberately limited set of features. Depending on features, permissions and integrations, the project budget can be significantly higher.
Offers labelled “For business customers” are intended exclusively for businesses acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Prices for these offers are net prices plus statutory VAT.
The stated prices provide guidance for a clearly defined basic scope. We agree the final project price after clarifying the requirements together. Recurring costs for hosting, domains, licences, external services and support are listed separately in the proposal.
30 days of launch guidance included
After launch, we help you use your new software and answer technical questions about the agreed solution. New features, additional content and ongoing support are agreed separately. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
Scope and collaboration
With an initial idea or finished specifications. You can provide the copy, images and logo or have us create them for you. We also technically implement design concepts prepared by external designers. Together, we clarify which services are needed before the project begins and include them in the individual proposal.
For the legal notice and privacy policy, we help compile the required information and handle the technical integration. We provide the information about your website’s technical data processing. Legal advice or review is not included.
Technical publication takes place in a hosting environment agreed in advance. Any additional mandatory services are transparently quoted before commissioning.
We agree on the concept, development and handover with you. You can operate the agreed solution yourself or arrange hosting and support with us. Ongoing costs and later extensions are listed separately.
Questions about web apps and portals
What is the difference between a portal and a web app?
A portal usually provides private access to information and documents. A web app can also process data and support workflows. The terms overlap; the actual features determine the proposal.
Can the application be used on mobile devices?
Yes. Layouts for phones, tablets and desktops are part of the offering. During planning, we identify which tasks need to work well on the move.
How are access permissions defined?
We document which user groups may view and edit each type of data. These roles and permissions are implemented in the application and reviewed together before handover.
